Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for non-arbitrable disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your place of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and MACHREPORT agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding and each waives any right to a jury trial where such waiver is enforceable.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MACHREPORT regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on that subject. No waiver of any breach shall be a waiver of any subsequent breach. Section headings are for convenience only.

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact MACHREPORT with:

(2) identification of the copyrighted work
(3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
(4) your contact information
(5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
